Discover your inner cosmos through frequency and sound. AstroPhonia offers original music composed at 432Hz — a sonic mirror for the moments that shape who we are.
The Method
All AstroPhonia compositions are tuned to 432Hz — a pitch standard where the A note resonates at 432 vibrations per second, in contrast to the modern concert tuning of 440Hz. Used historically by composers across centuries, 432Hz is often described as having a warmer, more grounded resonance. It is an intentional creative choice, not a claim — a way of anchoring the music in a frequency that feels closer to the natural world. Each piece is composed live on a Roland Juno-Gi and born from a real human transition: loss, solitude, displacement, beginning again.

How It Works
The Sonic Mirror is the idea that music, when composed from lived experience, can reflect something back to the listener — not as an answer, but as a companion. I translate my own transitions into sound at 432Hz so that the vibration carries the weight of what was real. You bring your own story. The music meets you there. What happens in that encounter belongs entirely to you.
Listen & Explore
Each piece below is a Sonic Mirror Journey — original music composed at 432Hz, shaped by a specific human experience. Choose the one that resonates with where you are. Listen to the story behind the sound, feel the frequency, and let the music accompany your own moment.
I lost my partner during Covid, at 38, in total solitude — unable to grieve alongside anyone. I had to find my own floor when everything collapsed. This composition was born in that silence. It carries the weight of what was lost and the quiet of what came after. A sonic companion for those navigating their own grief, at their own pace.
I left my country carrying only what I could hold inside me. This composition was born between two worlds — in the space where what you left still echoes and what lies ahead has no map yet. A sonic mirror for those in the middle of a crossing: neither here nor there, but moving.
Love doesn't ask for permission or timing. This song was born from an unexpected moment — a stranger on a bus, a casual conversation, a name I almost forgot. Love found me at 49, across an ocean I hadn't planned to cross. Not because I was looking. Because it was simply meant to happen. For everyone who stopped believing — it might already be on its way.
A sonic journey for the quiet act of releasing — things, places, versions of yourself. Not a rupture, but a setting down. Composed for the moment when you finally choose to travel lighter.
